These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lagentbot.com and the AI agents and MCP tools for science provided by LAgentBot Pte. Ltd. ("LAgentBot", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore — including the MSDS Chain product (together, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions.
01Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
02Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@lagentbot.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
03The Services
LAgentBot provides a trusted agent layer for science — callable AI agents and MCP tools, including MSDS Chain, a conversational chemical-safety AI available on the Web, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and via MCP. The Services may be accessed through supported interfaces and clients. We are continually improving the Services and may add, change, or remove features, functionality, or supported platforms from time to time.
04Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our systems, or other users' data;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data except as permitted by law;
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Services or their outputs;
- Rely on the Services as the sole basis for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions without applying appropriate professional judgment and verification.
05Important Safety Disclaimer
The Services provide information to assist you — not to replace professional judgment. Outputs from MSDS Chain and our other agents and tools are intended to support chemical-safety and regulatory workflows, and are not a substitute for professional expertise, official safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), manufacturer documentation, or applicable regulatory compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any critical safety, handling, storage, and compliance decisions before acting on them. Always consult the authoritative source documents and qualified professionals.
The Services and all outputs are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose.
06Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, models, agents, tools, data networks, text, graphics, logos, and other content we provide (excluding your User Content), are owned by LAgentBot or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal or personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
07User Content
You retain all rights you hold in the content you submit to the Services, such as prompts, queries, and files you upload including safety data sheets ("User Content"). You grant LAgentBot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
08Subscriptions & Fees
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription or usage-based fees. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing period, and terms presented at checkout. Billing is processed through our third-party payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in your plan. You may cancel in accordance with the terms of your plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We may change our fees on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
09Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAgentBot and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no fees were paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAgentBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any such dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
